Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or services. By accessing or using any part of our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. About Us

These Terms govern your use of the website and services offered by Matt Hanover Group, Inc., doing business as Present Wonders ("Present Wonders," "we," "us," or "our"), a California company. Present Wonders provides collaborative art-based workshops and experiential programs for individuals, teams, and organizations.

2. Use of Our Site

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations

  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

3. Workshops and Services

Present Wonders offers in-person and virtual workshops, facilitated experiences, and related programs. All workshop registrations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any session and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants in advance.

Participation in our workshops involves collaborative creative activities. By registering, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms and refund policies will be communicated at the time of registration or booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payments are due at the time of registration

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or credit

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled session are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future session at our discretion

For custom corporate engagements, payment and cancellation terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, workshop materials, and curriculum, is the property of Matt Hanover Group, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our intellectual property.

Any artwork, materials, or creative work produced during a Present Wonders workshop session remains your personal property. We may request permission to photograph or share images of workshop experiences for promotional purposes, and will always seek your consent before doing so.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to us, such as testimonials, photos, or feedback, you grant Present Wonders a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business, including on our website and social media channels. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Present Wonders workshops are experiential and educational in nature and are not intended as professional therapy, counseling, coaching, or medical advice. Results from participation will vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Matt Hanover Group, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or participation in our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matt Hanover Group, Inc., its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any issue within 30 days of receiving written notice.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
