ABOUT MATT HANOVER
Present Wonders brings together Matt’s experience in art, magic, business, and psychology.
Matt spent more than thirty years in sales, marketing, partnerships, and building new ventures, working with companies including Amazon, Yahoo, DIRECTV, Turner, and Qualcomm. He knows the pressure to arrive prepared, defend an idea, and appear certain.
A magician since childhood, Matt has spent a lifetime studying attention, perception, surprise, and what it takes to hold a room. He earned a master’s degree in consciousness and psychology from the University of Santa Monica, where his studies deepened his interest in presence, awareness, and flow.
Painting became a way for him to work without a plan, experiment, make a mess, and improvise with what emerged. Present Wonders grew from the realization that these same practices matter whenever capable people need to create, collaborate, or solve a problem without an obvious answer.
