Matthew Hanover
Matt Hanover learned that creativity isn't a talent — it's a practice. And that most of us just need the right conditions to access it.
Matt guides business leaders, couples, and individuals through experiences that open up new ways of seeing, thinking, and collaborating. His approach draws on 30 years of leading complex initiatives at companies like Amazon, Yahoo, DIRECTV, and Turner — work that has given him a deep appreciation for what's possible when people feel genuinely free to create.
He was a key part of the team that reimagined and built the Cayton Children's Museum in Santa Monica, and he brings the same spirit of wonder to everything he does. A lifelong magician and abstract artist, Matt has spent decades studying how attention, perception, and small shifts in context can change everything about how a group — or a person — shows up.
He holds a master's degree in Consciousness, Health, and Spiritual Psychology.
